I would like to begin by welcoming every athlete to our professional and outstanding facility. Training Young Champions is second to no one and we offer guaranteed results. There are others who offer lots of promises but fail to make their promises a reality. There are no gimmicks to achieving speed, strength, explosive power and agility. However, when an athlete walks through the doors of our facility, they will understand the true meaning of commitment, hard work, team work and building strength through character. I speak of guaranteed results, but these kinds of results take time and patience, I will never sacrifice safety or technique to achieve a fabricated personal best or goal of any athlete. What separates Calvin and I from other so called sports performance coaches begins with our expertise and passion to make athletes perform better. Whether an athlete is a Beginner, JV, Varsity or Pro, each individual receives a hands on approach during all training sessions from the warm up to a friendly "well done" hand shake at the end of the session. 


One of the key ingredients in improving any athlete's performance begins with a strength training program. But, I do not mean a routine to build just a big bench. It begins in our state of the art strength straining area with only the best equipment. The Westside based workouts will challenge its athletes mentally and physically. A total body reconstruction with proven results whether it be on the football grid iron, baseball diamond, softball field, soccer field, wrestling mat, or basketball court. If I can give you some advice, please get into our facility and stop wasting valuable time. There is a new revolution beginning so make sure that you are a part of it!
